2025 World Speed Skating Championships

        The 2025 World Speed Roller Skating Championships is an international level roller skating event organized by the World Roller Skating Federation and will be held in Beidaihe District, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, China, from September 13 to 21, 2025, with the organizers including the Center for Social Sports Guidance of the State General Administration of Sports, the China Roller Skating Association, the Hebei Provincial Sports Bureau and the Qinhuangdao Municipal People's Government. The competition venues cover the Beidaihe Roller Skating Sports Center track and road course, as well as the marathon course on Binhai Avenue in Beidaihe District.

       北戴河区于2024年6月3日凭借赛事经验及轮滑普及优势，从亚洲及北美洲的四个申办城市中胜出，获得该赛事主办权。赛事被纳入2025年北戴河区政府“借势做强体育名城”核心战略，并被规划为“世界轮滑名城”建设的重要载体。2025年6月19日，北戴河区召开工作调度会部署赛事预热宣传、场地布置及接待工作。

       赛事分为场地赛、公路赛及马拉松赛三个大项，包含200米双人计时赛、500米+D争先赛、单圈争先赛及42.195公里马拉松等子项目。参赛者按出生年份分为成年组（2006年12月31日前出生）和青年组（2007年1月1日至2010年12月31日出生）。参赛单位包括世界轮滑联合会各会员国家及地区代表队，采用世界轮滑联合会最新竞赛规则。
